JASTE does not charge a manuscript submission fee. Authors are not required to make any payment during submission, editorial screening, or peer review. An article processing charge (APC), if applicable, will only be requested after the manuscript has successfully completed the peer-review process and has been formally accepted for publication.

Information concerning the amount and payment procedure of any applicable publication fee will be clearly communicated to authors before publication. JASTE does not guarantee acceptance in exchange for payment, and all editorial decisions are based exclusively on the manuscript’s originality, scientific quality, methodological rigor, technical contribution, relevance to the journal’s scope, and compliance with publication ethics.

Authors experiencing genuine financial constraints may contact the Editorial Office to request consideration of a fee reduction or waiver. Any request will be evaluated separately and will not influence the peer-review process or editorial decision.
