Author Guidelines
Manuscript Requirements
Submitted manuscripts must be original works, either conceptual or community service-based, that have not been previously published and have a maximum similarity index of 25%. Submitted manuscripts become the property of the editorial board and must not be published elsewhere in any form.
General Writing Requirements
- Use A4 paper size (210 mm x 297 mm)
- Margins: top & bottom 3.5 cm, left 2 cm, right 2.5 cm
- Font: Gill Sans MT, size 10 pt, 1.5 spacing, no indentation, with paragraph spacing
- Maximum length: 15 pages
- Page numbers: bottom right for even pages, bottom left for odd pages
- Figures and tables must be integrated into the text with numbers, titles, and sources
- Tables use single spacing without vertical lines
- Maximum of 5 tables/figures
- Subheadings are bold, Title Case, without numbering
Manuscript Structure
Title
Concise and reflective of the content, written in uppercase, bold, Gill Sans MT 12 pt.
Author(s)
Full names without academic titles, including affiliation and city. Provide the corresponding author's email.
Abstract
Written in Indonesian and English in one paragraph, covering introduction, methods, results, discussion, follow-up plan, and conclusion.
Font Gill Sans MT 9 pt, single spacing; English abstract in italic.
Keywords
3–5 keywords in English, arranged alphabetically, without abbreviations.
Introduction
Contains background, partner problems, and novelty of the activity.
Method
Describes materials and methods. No bullet points. Complex steps may be structured using numbered subsections.
Results and Discussion
Presented using tables, graphs, or figures (maximum 5). Discussion focuses on addressing partner problems and interpreting results.
Follow-Up Plan
Describes sustainability plans and recommendations for future activities.
Conclusion
Summarizes findings and implications, may include suggestions.
Acknowledgment
Brief appreciation to contributors.
References
Minimum 10 references, preferably from the last 10 years, using APA style (author-date).
