Peer Review Process
Arete Litera: Multidisciplinary Journal of Research ( AMJR ) implements a rigorous peer review process to ensure the quality, validity, and originality of all published articles.
All submitted manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review, in which both the authors and reviewers remain anonymous throughout the review process.
Review Process Steps:
- Initial Screening
The editorial team evaluates the manuscript for suitability with the journal’s focus and scope, as well as compliance with submission guidelines. Manuscripts may be rejected at this stage if they do not meet basic requirements. - Plagiarism Check
The manuscript is screened using plagiarism detection tools to ensure originality. - Reviewer Assignment
Suitable manuscripts are assigned to at least two independent reviewers with expertise in the relevant field. - Peer Review
Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on originality, methodology, significance, clarity, and contribution to the field. They provide constructive feedback and recommendations (accept, revise, or reject). - Editorial Decision
The editor makes a decision based on reviewers’ comments. The possible decisions are:- Accept
- Minor Revision
- Major Revision
- Reject
- Revision Stage
Authors are required to revise their manuscripts according to reviewer comments and resubmit within the specified time. - Final Decision and Publication
After satisfactory revision, the manuscript will be accepted and proceed to copyediting and publication.
The journal ensures that the review process is conducted fairly, objectively, and confidentially.
